better healthcare starts here

Comprehensive initial assessment

Your medications should work together—not against each other. I take a comprehensive look at your medications, health conditions, goals, lifestyle, and individual needs to create a personalized medication therapy plan designed specifically for you.

Together, we’ll identify opportunities to improve medication effectiveness, reduce unnecessary medications or potential interactions, simplify your regimen, and address barriers to taking medications as prescribed. I’ll provide clear, practical recommendations and work collaboratively with you and your healthcare providers to help ensure your medication plan is safe, effective, and manageable.

This will be a 90-120 minute review of your medical history, medications, specialists, and health goals. This initial assessment will result in providing a baseline care plan that you can understand.
